alexander echo has developed a new visual language drawn from the geometry of chance and the mind of humanity. with his new body of work he uses the writing of rene ricard, letting rene's poetry dictate the automatic and final composition. he stands on the broad shoulders of twombly and marden and creates work truly new and original.
